1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PromptGPT.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on PromptGPT.io for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PromptGPT.io;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Credits, Validity, Ad-Free Experience & Prompt Copies

PromptGPT.io operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-transferable and subject to validity durations based on the purchased package.

  • Registration Credits: New users receive 20 free credits upon signing up.
  • Daily Free Credits & Copies: Registered users receive 5 free daily prompt copies (up to 15 daily copies with a 7-day app open streak).
  • Consumer Web & App Credit Validity (1 Year): All purchased consumer credit packages carry a strict 1 Year (365 Days) Validity from the date of purchase:
    • Starter Package: Valid for 1 Year (365 Days) from purchase date.
    • Pro Package: Valid for 1 Year (365 Days) from purchase date.
    • Ultimate Package: Valid for 1 Year (365 Days) from purchase date.
    Unused consumer credits expire automatically at the end of the 1-year (365-day) validity period and do not roll over.
  • Developer API Plans & Validity Duration (1 Year): Developer API credits are maintained on a dedicated API balance and carry a full 1 Year (365 Days) Validity from the date of purchase:
    • Free Sandbox Tier: 50 initial trial API calls upon registration to test integrations.
    • API Starter Pack ($12 / ₹999): 1,500 API calls — Valid for 1 Year (365 Days). Rate limit: 30 RPM.
    • API Pro Pack ($45 / ₹3,499): 7,500 API calls — Valid for 1 Year (365 Days). Rate limit: 120 RPM.
    • API Scale Pack ($120 / ₹9,999): 25,000 API calls — Valid for 1 Year (365 Days). Rate limit: 300 RPM.
    • API Enterprise Pack ($399 / ₹32,999): 100,000 API calls — Valid for 1 Year (365 Days). Rate limit: 600 RPM.
    All API credits expire automatically upon the completion of 1 Year (365 calendar days) from the purchase date. Unused API credits are non-refundable and cannot be carried over beyond 1 year.
  • Ad-Free Experience & Unlimited Copy Prompts: All active paid package holders enjoy a full 1 Year (365 Days) Ad-Free Experience on the PromptGPT Mobile App and Unlimited Free Prompt Copies for the entire duration of their active plan validity period.
  • Unified Account Balance: Developers may create multiple API keys for staging, production, or microservices; however, all keys draw from the single, unified api_credits balance of the registered developer account. Free sandbox credits are capped per registered user and cannot be duplicated by generating additional keys.
  • Referral Program: Users can earn rewards by sharing their unique referral link. Referrers receive 30 free credits for each successful sign-up using their referral link. Self-referrals, automated creation of burner accounts, and duplicate signups are strictly prohibited.

5. Developer API Usage, Security & Compliance

Access to and programmatic usage of the PromptGPT Developer API (/api/v1/*) is governed by the following strict provisions:

  • API Key Confidentiality & Developer Liability: Developers are issued secret API authentication keys (prefixed with pk_live_...). You are solely and exclusively responsible for safeguarding your secret keys. Any API requests authenticated by your key will be deducted directly from your account's API credit balance. You must never expose secret keys in client-side code, public GitHub repositories, frontend web applications, or mobile binaries. PromptGPT is not liable for unauthorized usage, credit depletion, or damages resulting from leaked or compromised developer keys. Developers can revoke compromised keys instantly via the Developer Dashboard.
  • Rate Limits & Fair Usage: Each API tier is subject to strict Requests Per Minute (RPM) limits (Starter: 30 RPM, Pro: 120 RPM, Scale: 300 RPM, Enterprise: 600 RPM). Requests exceeding these thresholds will receive HTTP 429 Too Many Requests. Automated scraping, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, credential attacks, or intentional circumvention of rate limits will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent account termination.
  • Zero Model Training Guarantee: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, prompts and inputs submitted via the Developer API are processed ephemerally in real-time solely to return the optimized response. PromptGPT does NOT store, log, harvest, or utilize developer API prompts or outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
  • Prohibited Content & Abuse: You agree not to use the API to generate, process, or facilitate malicious software, hate speech, unlawful surveillance, defamatory material, or content violating third-party rights. PromptGPT reserves the right to terminate access for any violations.
  • Latency & Edge Performance: While PromptGPT infrastructure is engineered for ultra-low latency (<95ms edge execution matching major AI cloud providers), all programmatic services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis without guarantee against latency spikes caused by regional internet service provider outages.

6. Billing, Taxes & Non-Refundable Digital Goods

All payments on PromptGPT.io are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking). Indian business customers may provide their GSTIN during checkout or within the Developer Billing Profile to receive automated B2B GST tax invoices. Due to the immediate provisioning of high-performance GPU and LLM compute capacity, all purchases of consumer credits and Developer API packages constitute non-refundable digital goods once delivered to the user account.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on PromptGPT.io are provided on an 'as is' basis. PromptGPT.io makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
