2. Content Safety & Prohibited Submissions

To safeguard users of all ages and backgrounds, the following content types are strictly prohibited on PromptGPT feeds, explore channels, and user profiles:

  • Adult, Sexual & NSFW Content: Prompts or generated previews depicting nudity, pornography, explicit sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material.
  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Any content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
  • Violence & Dangerous Activities: Prompts instructing weapons fabrication, violence, self-harm encouragement, illicit drug manufacturing, cyberattacks, or criminal activity.
  • Spam & Deceptive Schemes: Automated keyword stuffing, duplicate post blasting, affiliate scam links, or malicious URL distribution.

3. Audio & Video Intellectual Property Policy

To respect user privacy, copyright compliance, and prevent unexpected noise, all animated and video prompts across PromptGPT mobile apps and web platforms play with audio muted by default.

⏱️ 30-Second Fair Use Limitation: Any video demonstrations containing background audio or soundtrack samples are strictly limited to short excerpts under 30 seconds. These are used purely for transformative educational analysis, workflow demonstrations, and prompt validation under fair-use principles.

🛡️ Copyright Takedowns (DMCA / Rights Holders): If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe any prompt, audio snippet, or preview thumbnail infringes your copyright, please submit an expedited takedown notice to copyright@promptgpt.io with the post URL or ID. Our safety team acts swiftly to review and remove infringing content within 24 hours.

4. Official Platform Profile (@PromptGPT)

The @PromptGPT account is the official platform-managed profile. Prompts published under this account represent platform-curated benchmarks, prompt engineering frameworks, and team-tested workflows. In accordance with platform integrity rules, the official account does not utilize artificial or pre-seeded follower metrics; follower counts reflect only genuine user actions.

5. Verified Creator Badges (Blue Tick)

Verified badges (Blue Tick) signify verified authentic creators, subscription backers, or platform-curated contributors. Verified creators receive enhanced discovery priority in the Trending algorithms and access to extended profile customization tools.

6. Enforcement & Penalty Tiers

All moderation notifications and policy warnings are delivered in English:

  1. First Violation: Friendly warning notification and prompt removal.
  2. Second Violation: 72-hour posting restriction and algorithmic downranking.
  3. Severe / Repeated Violation: Permanent suspension of publishing privileges and profile archival.
