At PromptGPT.io, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the AI prompts generated by our platform. Due to the nature of digital goods and API computing costs incurred upon generation, our standard policy is that all sales of credits are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credit adjustments in the following circumstances:

  • If there is a technical error or system failure on our end that results in credits being deducted without generating the requested prompt.
  • If you have been double-charged due to a payment processing error.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. You can email us at support@promptgpt.io. Please include your account email, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.

4. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment provider's policies.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
